We are a Mumbai-based law firm with over 35 years of experience in offering specialized legal services. Our practice focuses primarily on Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, Demergers, Amalgamations, and other related legal areas.
Our Sole Proprietor, Mr. Rajesh Shah, has been practicing as an Advocate in the High Court and various other courts since 1978. Our firm specializes in Company Law, Income Tax Act and various other Commercial Laws and Dispute Resolution.
We have successfully completed numerous Mergers and Demergers for both listed and unlisted companies, including multinational corporations, in the Bombay High Court and the National Company Law Tribunal.
We have a strong client base for whom we handle Income Tax matters and provide comprehensive advice on Company Law matters, from company Incorporation to Mergers, Winding-Up, and Liquidation. We also act as advocates for the Official Liquidator of the Bombay High Court.
Mr. Rajesh Shah’s extensive experience includes serving on the board of several companies and acting as a Director for three years on the Board of “The Jain Sahakari Bank Limited”.
